Where will the driver wait for me?

The driver will be at the arrival terminal if you book a taxi ride from the Dubrovnik Airport. He will hold a sign with your name written.

Or, he will be parked in front of your accommodation at least 10 minutes before the ride from Dubrovnik city centre and text you. Also, he will look for you at the hotel’s reception if your departure point is a hotel with its parking.

Can I get the driver's phone and car details?

We always provide the name and phone number of drivers to our clients. And you can be in touch with them via Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram. Although, in case you wish to book a new ride, cancel, or have an important change to your booking, please get in touch with our office.

Also, you will know the details of your car when you book a ride with us. Have in mind that changing an assigned car and driver is possible, but we will notify you timely if it happens. And in that case, the car will be the same class or better.

At least 20% prepayment is mandatory for exclusive cars, minivans, and minibusses. And we ask for a deposit in case we have to send a driver from Dubrovnik to pick you up in another town where we don’t have partners.
