Where will the driver wait for me?

The driver will be at the arrival terminal if you book a taxi ride from the Dubrovnik Airport. He will hold a sign with your name written.

Or, he will be parked in front of your accommodation at least 10 minutes before the ride from Dubrovnik city centre and text you. Also, he will look for you at the hotel’s reception if your departure point is a hotel with its parking.

Can I get the driver's phone and car details?

We always provide the name and phone number of drivers to our clients. And you can be in touch with them via Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram. Although, in case you wish to book a new ride, cancel, or have an important change to your booking, please get in touch with our office.

Also, you will know the details of your car when you book a ride with us. Have in mind that changing an assigned car and driver is possible, but we will notify you timely if it happens. And in that case, the car will be the same class or better.

Do I need to pay online before the ride?

Usually, the deposit isn’t required if you book a transfer from Dubrovnik or Dubrovnik Airport Ćilipi.

At least 20% prepayment is mandatory for exclusive cars, minivans, and minibusses. And we ask for a deposit in case we have to send a driver from Dubrovnik to pick you up in another town where we don’t have partners.

Do you charge per person or vehicle?

When you ask for a quote for your Dubrovnik – Međugorje transfer, we will reply with an all/inclusive offer. Offered price is for the whole chauffeur-driven vehicle.

If you accept the offer, the car will be reserved exclusively for you and your friends or family members you travel with. Just ask for a car/minivan with a passenger and boot capacity according to your group and luggage size.

But it’s best to reserve a taxi at least a few days before the ride or more. That way, you can be sure that we will have availability to make a reservation for your ground transportation to or from Međugorje.
