Where will the driver wait for me?

The driver will be at the arrival terminal if you book a taxi ride from the Dubrovnik Airport. He will hold a sign with your name written.

Or, he will be parked in front of your accommodation at least 10 minutes before the ride from Dubrovnik city centre and text you. Also, he will look for you at the hotel’s reception if your departure point is a hotel with its parking.

Can I get the driver's phone and car details?

We always provide the name and phone number of drivers to our clients. And you can be in touch with them via Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram. Although, in case you wish to book a new ride, cancel, or have an important change to your booking, please get in touch with our office.

At least 20% prepayment is mandatory for exclusive cars, minivans, and minibusses. And we ask for a deposit in case we have to send a driver from Dubrovnik to pick you up in another town where we don’t have partners.

Do you charge per person or vehicle?

We are unable to organize last-minute transfers from Dubrovnik city center old town or Cilipi Airport or Trsteno.  Only a city taxi service can provide a cab on short notice.

But it’s best to reserve a taxi at least a few days before the ride or more. That way, you can be sure that we will have availability to make a reservation for your ground transportation to or from Trsteno.

Trsteno is a small village located in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County of Croatia, renowned for its natural beauty and historical significance. The village is situated about 20 kilometers northwest of Dubrovnik. Trsteno is famous for its arboretum, one of the oldest and most beautiful garden landscapes in Croatia, established in the late 15th century. The population of Trsteno is under 300 people, making it a serene and intimate setting.
